Earnings Per Share (EPS)
Earnings per share (EPS) is a company's net income subtracted by preferred dividends and then divided by the number of common shares it has outstanding.
Equities
Equity represents the value that would be returned to a company’s shareholders if all of the assets were liquidated and all of the company's debts were paid off.
Ex-Dividend Date
The date on or after which the buyer of a security is not entitled to the dividend already declared.
Expense Ratio
The expense ratio is a measure of mutual fund operating costs relative to assets.Investors pay attention to the expense ratio to determine if a fund is an appropriate investment for them after fees are considered.
