Investor Services Centers:
"Investor Service Centers" or "ISC/s" are Official Points of Acceptance of transactions where transactions / requests pertaining to Schemes of HDFC Mutual Fund will be accepted.
Points of Acceptance:
- "Official Points of Acceptance" or “OPA” - Places, as specified by AMC from time to time where application for subscription / redemption / switch will be accepted on ongoing basis.
- Please Note: Business Centers are not Official Points of Acceptance.
CAMS Transaction Points:
Transaction Points of Computer Age Management Services (P) Limited (CAMS), Registrars & Transfer Agents to HDFC Mutual Fund, will be official points of acceptance for transactions of HDFC Mutual Fund viz. purchase / sale / switch of units.
CAMS Limited Transaction Points:
- Limited Transaction Points(LTPs) of Computer Age Management Services (P) Limited (CAMS), Registrars & Transfer Agents to HDFC Mutual Fund, will be the official points of acceptance of transactions for schemes of HDFC Mutual Fund except purchase transactions of Liquid Schemes/ Plans.
- LTPs will accept transactions/ service requests from Monday to Friday between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. only. Only cheques payable at par at the location where the application is submitted will be accepted and deposited on the next Business Day (including for purchase transactions in debt schemes having value of R 1 crore and above).
- Outstation cheques will not be accepted. Please note all CAMS locations are in addition to the existing points of acceptance at the offices of HDFC Limited / HDFC Asset Management Company Limited.
