I/WE HEREBY AGREE TO THE TERMS GIVEN BELOW:

Instant Access Facility (IAF)

I/We have read, understood and agree to abide by all the terms, conditions, rules, and regulations of the respective Scheme(s) under the Scheme Information Document(s) and Statement of Additional Information of HDFC Mutual Fund (hereinafter referred to as “Offer Documents”) (Please visit the “Download” section on our website http://www.hdfcfund.com/ to read). I hereby also confirm to have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Terms applicable to this Platform (Please click here to read).
Any request for transaction on the Platform shall be time stamped consistent with the terms of the Offer Documents. The Net Asset Value (NAV) for purchase /redemption /switch shall be based on the time of the business day on which the application is received on the Platform, and subject to the provisions of realisation of funds and cut off timings as described in the Offer Documents of HDFC MF. Any transactions entered on the Platform after the cut off time shall be deemed to be received on the succeeding business day and shall be processed accordingly. The decision of HDFC AMC in this regard shall be final and binding on me/us.
Any valid request for redemption received through IAF on the Platform, in respect of HDFC Liquid Fund Scheme under the Growth Option of Regular Plan and Direct Plan, the credit of redemption proceeds into the registered bank account shall be instantly processed through Immediate Payment Service (IMPS) at any time or day of the week subject to the provisions of realisation of funds and cut off timings as described in the Offer Documents of HDFC MF as amended from time to time.
For the purpose of IAF, NAV applicable shall be as under:
- In respect of valid IAF request received up to 3.00 pm on a calendar day, the applicable NAV shall be the lower of
  (i) NAV of previous calendar day and
  (ii) NAV of calendar day on which the request is received;
- In respect of valid IAF request received after 3.00 pm on a calendar day, the applicable NAV shall be lower of
  (i) NAV of calendar day on which such request is received and
  (ii) NAV of the next calendar day
I/We shall be solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided to HDFC AMC/HDFC MF, including the bank account details, is accurate, and HDFC AMC/HDFC MF shall not be responsible to verify the accuracy of the information/details provided. I/We shall also be liable to inform HDFC AMC/HDFC MF/Registrar and Transfer Agent of any change in any details or information provided initially. If any incorrect bank account number is provided by me, the redemption proceeds could be credited to the said wrong bank account so provided by me/us and there is no guarantee of recovery of the same. HDFC AMC/HDFC MF shall not be held liable for any loss or damage that may be sustained by me/us on account of such error on my/our part. IAF shall be available only to the resident individual investors whose complete CBS (Core Banking System) account number is registered in the folio along with IFSC code and wherein Investor’s bank is immediate payment service (IMPS) enabled.
