How can I access my Smart Account Statement?

Post your transaction, you will receive an email on your registered email id with a link that takes you to the Smart Account Statement. You can access the same after entering your password.

The link for the Smart Account statement is also sent to the registered mobile number after a transaction is completed.

What if my details are incorrect?

For details captured incorrectly, you may inform us about the same via the My Details Tab.

Incorrect details can be remediated by clicking on the respective check box and entering the correct details.

Can I transact while accessing the smart account statement?

Yes! You can do transactions by using the option provided with the help of the Transaction Bot or via the smart links

What is the validity of the link?

The link will be valid for 5 calendar days from date of receipt of the email.

What do I do if the link expires?

If the link expires you will have to get in touch with us through the various touch points mentioned, for the conventional statement of account.
