HDFC Large and Mid Cap Fund to Invest

The Scheme aims to generate long term capital appreciation/income from a portfolio of equity and equity related securities of predominantly large cap and midcap companies.

The Scheme would predominantly invest in companies spanning entire market capitalization which:
a) are likely to achieve above average growth;
b) enjoy distinct competitive advantages;
c) have superior financial strength;
d) are trading at relatively attractive valuations; and/or
e) have value unlocking potential.

The aim of the equity strategy will be to build a portfolio of strong companies in the prevailing market environment. The fund aims to maintain a reasonably diversified portfolio at all times.

Exit Load

- In respect of each purchase/switch-in of Units, an Exit Load of 1.00% is payable if Units are redeemed/switched-out within 1 year from the date of allotment.
- No Exit Load is payable if Units are redeemed/switched-out after 1 year from the date of allotment.
No Entry/Exit Load shall be levied on bonus units and units allotted on dividend reinvestment
