- We have taken precautions to ensure security and confidentiality of the personal data of the Investors. The following details will be masked and not be visible to the representative assisting you:
- PAN
- Valuations
- Address contact details
- Bank Account Number
- OTPs,
- Date Of Birth
- Mutual Fund - Units information
- Net Worth
- Taxable country
- Tax ID Type
- Tax ID number
- Gross Income
- Occupation
- FATCA details
However, for the purpose of assisting you with your queries; except for the above, the representative assisting you will be able to view the rest of your HDFC Mutual Fund - Website screen which includes all other non-personal information of the Investors.
- The representative assisting you will not ask you to download any third party remote access/ screen sharing application or software on your computer/ mobile device. Further, you shall not download any third party remote access/ screen sharing applications for the purpose of availing this representative assist facility even if so requested by the representative.
- You shall not respond to any call/ SMS/ e-mail asking you to download any application in order to assist you online or to update any documents.
- You shall never share any of your personal information including bank details with representative assisting you on this facility through online chat or through any other medium.
- You shall never share any Investor’s personal information including bank details, unit details, etc. with representative assisting you on this facility through online chat or through any other medium.
- In the event any representative assisting you asks you to provide any of the aforesaid information through chat or in any other manner; you should refuse the same and promptly notify our Company at [email protected] .
- In the event you provide or share any of the aforesaid information or download or install any application software, etc.; HDFC Asset Management Company Limited (“HDFC-AMC”) or HDFC Mutual Fund or any of its affiliates, directors or employees (collectively referred to as “HDFC” herein) shall not be responsible to you or to any of the Investors for whom you may be acting; for any losses, penalties, fines, costs or expenses by whatever name called that may incurred or suffered. Further, you hereby agree and undertake to indemnify and hold harmless the aforesaid HDFC in the event you provide or share any of the aforesaid information or download or install any application software, etc. as aforesaid; in violation or breach of the aforesaid terms & conditions.
- This ‘Representative Assist Facility though Co-browsing Service’ is being provided to you under and pursuant the Distribution Agreement that you have sighed with HDFC Asset Management Company Limited with the objective to further perform your role and responsibilities therein; and no separate or additional consideration shall be payable by you to HDFC-AMC. This facility may be provided to you by HDFC-AMC directly or through its third party service provider. These terms & conditions of use shall be deemed to be a part of your Distribution Agreement; and all other terms and provisions of the Distribution Agreement shall remain unaltered and continue to be valid and binding; and also apply mutatis mutandis to these terms & conditions.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you hereby unconditionally authorize HDFC Mutual Fund and its representatives to initiate the ‘Representative Assist Facility through Co-Browsing Service’ to view and access your active session online by our representatives.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you hereby state and declare that you have read and understood the foresaid terms & conditions and agree and undertake to abide by the same.
