NOTICE is hereby given that the closing date for the New Fund Offer period of HDFC FMP 370D April 2012 (1) and HDFC FMP 92D April 2012 (1) has been extended from April 17, 2012 to April 18, 2012. Please note that all other terms of the issue will remain the same.
