Account Statement Form
We offer you the convenience of having your Account Statement sent to your email id registered with us. Please enter your folio number in the box provided below and choose the statement option that you wish to have a Account Statement as per the option chosen by you will be sent to your email id registered with us.

Pursuant to SEBI guidelines, with effect from October 1, 2011, an allotment confirmation specifying the units allotted shall be sent by way of email and/or SMS within 5 Business Days of the initial investment transaction to the Unit holders who have registered their e-mail address and/or mobile number.

Thereafter, a Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) shall be sent to the Unit holder in whose folio transactions have taken place during that month, on or before 10th of the succeeding month by mail/ email as applicable.

In case of specific request received from investors, Mutual Fund will provide an account statement to the investors within 5 Business Days from the receipt of such request.
